Lead BI. Shape Smarter Workforce Decisions.

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Manager – WFM who can combine strong BI leadership, technical expertise, and emerging AI capabilities to turn workforce data into smarter business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead BI initiatives supporting Workforce Management (WFM) and business operations

• Drive development of new solutions for complex projects and processes

• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights

• Lead, coach, and mentor BI specialists across multiple levels

• Establish and improve BI processes, standards, and best practices

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and optimization

• Apply AI tools and technologies to improve analytics, productivity, and solution development

• Support strategic and tactical business initiatives through data and technology

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of managerial experience in Business Intelligence

• Strong understanding of BI, analytics, and WFM

• Knowledge of AI tools, such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, or similar AI initiatives

• Solid understanding of programming languages and technology stacks

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and shifting schedule
