Role: Data Analyst

Timings: Rotational Shifts (Contract To Hire)

Industry: BPO

Work Mode: Work from office

Functional Area: Analytics & Business Intelligence

Key Skills:

Data Visualization

At least 2-3 years of experience as SQL Application Support with ASP.NET
Using PowerBI/develop and extensive experience in using MS Excel
data visualization tools

Overview:

Responsible for generating insights through data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain reports and dashboards

•Analyze performance metrics and trends

•Provide actionable insights to stakeholders

•Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Basic Qualifications:

•At least 1–2 years experience in reporting or analytics BPO preferred

•Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools is a plus

•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

•Excellent data visualization and communication skills
