Position: Spanish Customer Service Representative

Location: Giga / Taguig, Philippines
Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift

*Job Responsibilities:*
1. Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English
2. Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
3. Document customer interactions and follow account procedures
4. Maintain high customer satisfaction

*Candidate Qualifications 
1. Minimum 2 years in college - back subjects accepted
2. At least 6 months BPO / TSR experience
3. Good communication skills in Spanish and English
4. Willing to work onsite in Giga / Taguig
5. Willing to work night shift schedule
