Job Description
The Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist  will generate qualified leads, schedule appointments with prospective clients, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities for HR and Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B lead generation, strong communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Main function is to offer the HR and Payroll system to local companies in the Philippines

• Convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound calls

• Develop leads and referrals into sales achievement

• Generate appointments with prospects


Job Responsibilities:

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any course, but Marketing and Business Management would be an advantage

• With at least 2 years of experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns

• Experience in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.

• Excellent customer relationship skills

• Experience in telesales (cold calling) would be an advantage

• Experience in Payroll Solutions/ HR Services (lead generation)

• Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools
