Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound inquiries for a global financial account

- Assist customers with banking and finance-related concerns

- Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolution to customer issues

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high satisfaction ratings

Qualifications:

- At least Senior High School Graduate (College Graduate is a plus)

- With minimum 2 years experience in Banking / Financial Account (BPO or Banking industry)

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Must be willing to work onsite in MOA Pasay

- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule including night shift

- Can start ASAP
