About the Role:

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Team Lead - OT / ICS Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a hybrid setup in Cubao, Quezon City. We are looking for skilled OT Security professionals to support managed security services across client environments and ensure operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in OT Security / Operational Technology Security

- Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements

- Experience in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments

- Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response for OT / ICS

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Amenable to hybrid work setup with shifting schedule in Cubao

- Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work

Responsibilities:

- Lead team execution as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security objectives

- Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic planning and security operations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives and OT / ICS projects

- Provide solutions to security challenges in OT / ICS environments

- Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks

- Mentor and guide team members and build a high-performing OT security team
