.Understand and analyze the current business process, systems, and models

. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for the digital transformation initiative

. Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends , insights and areas of improvement that can guide the digital transformation strategy

.Work with technical team , alliance or parterners to develop and design digital  solutions to meet the ldentified  business needs

. Coordinate with lT teams , third party or internal project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
