• PHP 65,000 – 100,000

Job Summary

Act as software detectives, providing dynamic support by identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic support and ensuring the smooth functioning of these systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME and collaborate with the team to perform effectively.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of critical business systems.
• Identify and resolve issues within multiple system components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system-related challenges.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

Required

• Expert proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Strong understanding of application support principles and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technologies.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Ability to analyze and interpret system logs and performance metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Open to applicants who are currently in the Philippines and already have the legal right to live and work in the country.
• Must not have an active or recent application with Accenture.
• Should not be currently or recently employed with Accenture.
• Position is based in the Manila office.
