Lead OT Security. Strengthen Critical Environments.

We’re looking for an experienced OT Security Specialist / Team Lead to help protect critical operational environments, strengthen security controls, and lead teams delivering security services across complex client environments.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as an OT Security SME and provide technical direction to the team.

• Lead execution of security initiatives and support key operational decisions.

• Secure and monitor OT and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across OT infrastructure.

• Apply relevant OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.

• Support OT security monitoring, incident response, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to address complex security challenges.

• Mentor team members and drive capability development.

• Monitor service delivery, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and security operations initiatives.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of hands-on OT Security experience.

• Direct experience working with OT/ICS environments.

• Strong understanding of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance.

• Experience identifying and mitigating risks in operational environments.

• Familiarity with OT security monitoring and incident response.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Leadership or SME experience is highly valuable.

• Willingness to work hybrid in Cubao with a shifting schedule.

• Must currently be in the Philippines with the legal right to live and work in the country.
