Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced BPO Trainer to support the H&R Block Seasonal Account. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs, coordinating training activities, facilitating learning sessions, and ensuring trainees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for successful performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, a solid understanding of adult learning principles, and experience handling training programs within the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees based on business and operational requirements.

• Facilitate training sessions using presentations, training guides, manuals, activities, assessments, and other learning materials.

• Coordinate training schedules based on business and training requirements.

• Adapt training delivery to accommodate different learning styles, skill levels, and learning paces.

• Monitor trainee participation, engagement, and progress throughout the training program.

• Create, update, and customize training materials when required.

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and other learning activities to measure training effectiveness.

• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools to support learning delivery and documentation.

• Work closely with operations and other stakeholders to identify training needs and improvement opportunities.

• Execute assigned training projects and activities within established guidelines and timelines.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes, materials, and delivery methods.

• Provide coaching and support to trainees to help improve knowledge retention and performance.

• Maintain professional standards and ensure timely completion of training deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BPO industry experience.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry.

• Experience handling Nesting, New Hire, Product, Process, or Refresher Training is preferred.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, and training methodologies.

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adjust training approaches based on different learning styles and comprehension levels.

• Experience in instructional design or Learning & Development is a plus.

• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training activities.
