Job Title: Business Development Associate/ Lead Generation Specialist

Work Schedule: Day shift (8 am to 5 pm/ 9 am to 6 pm)
Work setup: Onsite in Taguig
Basic Pay: 30K-35K all-in (Depends on work experience)
No. of headcounts: 2
Target Start date: ASAP

Job Purpose:

• Main function is to offer the HR and Payroll system to local companies in the Philippines
• Convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound calls
• Develop leads and referrals into sales achievement
• Generate appointments with prospects

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder of any course, but Marketing and Business Management would be an advantage
• With at least 2 years of experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns
• Experience in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Experience in telesales (cold calling) would be an advantage
• Experience in Payroll Solutions/ HR Services (lead generation)
• Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools
