We're seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to support critical business systems by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving application and infrastructure issues. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform root cause analysis, and help maintain high system availability.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

• Strong knowledge of application support, troubleshooting, and incident management

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools

• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies

• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms

• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
