What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer support in Spanish through phone, email, or chat.

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and financial service requests.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Filipino applicants only

• Completed at least 2 years of college

• 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience (Financial account experience is preferred)

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)

• Strong English communication skills

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Willing to work 100% onsite in MOA, Pasay City
