We’re looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a customer service team supporting a Travel & Hospitality program.

Eligibility

* 1–2+ years of BPO/Contact Center Operations supervisory experience
* Travel & Hospitality experience is an advantage
* Strong people management and coaching skills
* Experience managing contact center KPIs and performance
* Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and reporting
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Willing to work onsite in MOA on a graveyard shift

What You’ll Do

* Lead, coach, and develop customer service representatives
* Monitor team performance and drive KPI improvement
* Conduct coaching and performance reviews
* Strengthen quality and operational processes
* Resolve operational concerns and escalate when necessary
* Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows and service delivery
