Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced USRN Team Leader to lead and manage a healthcare team supporting Utilization Management/CPO operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Utilization Management experience, people-management skills, and an active USRN license.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team supporting Utilization Management/CPO processes.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to process requirements.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to team members.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of healthcare-related reviews and documentation.

• Handle escalations and support the team in resolving operational issues.

• Maintain compliance with account, healthcare, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

• Prepare and monitor team performance reports and metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.

• At least 1 year of people-management / Team Leader / Supervisor experience.

• Must have an active USRN license from any mainland US state.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willing to work under a temporary WFH setup.

• Must be available to start ASAP.
