Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced USRN Program Manager to oversee healthcare operations for the Hartford Account. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, solid Utilization Management experience, and proven supervisory or managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations for the healthcare account.

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise and guidance to the team.

• Ensure effective delivery of Utilization Management processes.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and operational metrics.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve business and clinical objectives.

• Apply clinical and professional knowledge to resolve complex process-related concerns.

• Ensure adherence to client requirements, healthcare guidelines, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address process and performance issues.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare and client standards.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license — any U.S. state.

• At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience.

• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.

• At least 2 years of recent and relevant supervisory or managerial experience.

• Strong clinical subject matter expertise.

• Ability to apply technical and professional healthcare knowledge to achieve process and business results.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willing to work under a temporary WFH arrangement and report to the preferred site as required.
