Job Summary

We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Sr Analyst with strong experience in KYC, Client Due Diligence, AML, Quality Control, and compliance operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of KYC experience along with QC and supervisory experience, or strong Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge.

The role will support the Business Acceptance Unit in conducting Client Due Diligence, researching corporate structures, identifying beneficial ownership, and supporting AML and other Risk-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Business Acceptance Unit with Client Due Diligence in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

• Conduct research on corporate structures and identify beneficial ownership using databases and other appropriate sources.

• Review and perform KYC activities to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform Quality Control activities and identify gaps, errors, and areas requiring corrective action.

• Coach and support team members to improve quality and overall performance where required.

• Act as an SME and provide guidance on KYC, AML, and Client Due Diligence processes.

• Assist the BAU team with additional AML workstreams and other relevant Risk and Compliance activities.

• Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance while handling assigned cases and deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve KYC, AML, and compliance-related queries.

• Ensure assigned activities are completed within defined quality and turnaround-time requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant KYC experience.

• Mandatory experience in Quality Control (QC) and supervisory activities, or strong KYC/AML SME knowledge.

• Experience coaching team members and helping improve their performance.

• QA experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, Client Due Diligence, and Beneficial Ownership.

• Strong analytical and investigative skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and compliance risks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced risk and compliance environment.
