Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talend Support Consultant / Developer to design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise application integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration, Talend Cloud, Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies, along with a solid understanding of ETL/ELT development and middleware technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.

• Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Talend integration solutions.

• Strong experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.

• Practical knowledge of Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC), along with Git.

• Strong proficiency in Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.

• Good understanding of enterprise integration architectures, data integration processes, and development best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform.

• Develop and support scalable, reliable, and high-quality ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Talend applications and integration processes.

• Ensure integration solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, development best practices, and organizational governance frameworks.

• Monitor and optimize integration performance to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and implement effective technical solutions.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across enterprise data integration platforms and workflows.
