We're Hiring: Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect (Microsoft Intune)

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect (Microsoft Intune) to design and deliver technology architecture for enterprise platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, cloud-native device management, and endpoint management technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable technology architecture solutions.
  
• Provide expert application support for critical business systems.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical decision-making.
  
• Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  
• Drive the transition from on-premises imaging to cloud-native device management.
  
• Design Microsoft Intune tenant structures, naming conventions, and group hierarchies.
  
• Implement Windows Autopilot (Zero-Touch Provisioning).
  
• Create and maintain application packaging, testing, and deployment procedures.
  
• Design SCCM/MECM architecture, including:
  
  
  • Site planning and distribution strategy
    
  • Discovery and gap analysis
    
  • Migration planning and consolidation
    
  • Task sequence design

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
  
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune architecture and administration.
  
• Experience with SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
  
• Experience integrating Microsoft Intune with Microsoft 365 services.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and application support experience.
  
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and hybrid environments.
  
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
