Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune to design, implement, and support technology solutions across enterprise environments. The role involves defining scalable architecture, resolving complex application issues, collaborating with multiple teams, and driving the transition from traditional on-premises imaging to cloud-native device management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

• Design technology architecture for platforms, products, and business engagements.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions for complex technical challenges.

• Support team decisions and facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, and procedures.

• Drive migration from on-premises imaging to cloud-native endpoint management.

• Design Intune tenant structures, naming conventions, and group hierarchies.

• Design and implement Zero-Touch provisioning using Windows Autopilot.

• Develop procedures for application packaging, testing, deployment, and updates.

• Perform SCCM/MECM site planning and distribution strategy.

• Conduct discovery, gap analysis, migration planning, and consolidation.

• Design and maintain deployment task sequences.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software and application issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Intune.

• Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.

• Experience with Windows Autopilot and Zero-Touch provisioning.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions and integration with on-premises environments.

• Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements.

• Experience with SCCM/MECM is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and integrations is an advantage.

• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Microsoft Intune experience is required.

• This is an onsite position based in Manila.

• Candidates must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
