Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Analyst to support IT portfolio governance, planning, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT portfolio management, project governance, Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, and data analytics. This role involves analyzing portfolio performance, maintaining reporting dashboards, supporting governance activities, and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT portfolio governance, planning, and performance management.

• Manage portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive-level scorecards.

• Analyze portfolio, delivery, and financial data to identify trends and risks.

• Build, maintain, and validate datasets using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI.

• Perform data quality checks and ensure reporting accuracy.

• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to improve portfolio transparency.

• Track portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and strategic initiatives.

• Provide recommendations based on data analysis and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT portfolio management, project governance, or data analytics.

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).

• Experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboards, and reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel is an advantage.

• Experience supporting executive reporting is preferred.

• Must not be a current or former Wipro employee.

• Stable employment history preferred (not a job hopper).
