The Role

Are you an Insurance Specialist with experience in non-life insurance (Property & Casualty) ? Do you thrive on handling policy servicing, billing, and carrier coordination in a fast-paced brokerage or agency environment?

We are looking for Policy Servicing & Billing Specialists to join our team in Taguig. You will support policy servicing activities, coordinate with multiple insurance carriers, manage billing and premium collections, and handle high-volume communication with insureds, agents, and carriers.

If you have completed at least 2 years in college with 18+ months of BPO experience, have a background in Property & Casualty Insurance (home and auto loan type), and are ready to work onsite, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination

· Support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.
· Coordinate with multiple insurance carriers for policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates.
· Issue and process policy endorsements using broker management systems (e.g., AMS, Applied Epic, or similar).
· Act as an intermediary between clients, agents, and insurers, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
· Ensure all policy documentation and servicing processes comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Billing, Premium & Receivables Management

· Manage and resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment‑related issues.
· Handle premium collections, receivables inquiries, and account reconciliations.
· Respond to billing‑related questions from insureds, agents, and carriers with accuracy and professionalism.
· Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulated industry standards.

High‑Volume Communication & Call Handling

· Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls involving insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.
· Serve as the primary point of coordination for policy and billing inquiries in a brokerage or agency setting.
· Provide clear explanations of policy changes, billing details, and next steps to stakeholders.
· Maintain service level expectations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Minimum Qualifications

· Education: Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects).
· BPO Experience: Minimum 18 months of BPO experience.
· Insurance Background: Experience in non-life insurance focused on Property & Casualty Insurance (home and auto loan type) – required.
· Brokerage/ Agency Experience: Experience in an insurance brokerage or agency environment is highly preferred.
· System Knowledge: Familiarity with broker management systems (e.g., AMS, Applied Epic, or similar) is a plus.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Taguig with a shifting schedule.
· Availability: Able to start on September 1, 2026 or September 22, 2026.
