Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive to support reporting, data analysis, and Management Information System activities within a BPO environment. The role will be responsible for preparing reports and dashboards, analyzing operational data, and supporting Contact Center and Workforce Management (WFM) operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and reporting skills, along with experience handling contact center or WFM metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports.

• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries.

• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze operational data.

• Monitor and report key Contact Center and WFM performance metrics.

• Support Contact Center and Workforce Management operations through accurate and timely reporting.

• Identify trends, variances, and performance gaps through data analysis.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reports before sharing them with stakeholders.

• Maintain reporting databases, trackers, and MIS documentation.

• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to operations and management teams.

• Handle ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requirements as needed.

• Coordinate with Operations, WFM, and other stakeholders to gather and validate required data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of reporting/MIS experience in a BPO environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Contact Center or Workforce Management operations.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Excel-based reporting.

• Experience in dashboard creation and data analysis.

• Knowledge of Contact Center and WFM metrics is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requirements.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
