Home Health Coding Experience: Must be Minimum of 1 year

Total requirement: 10 (5-Day shift, 5- Night shift)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support.

• Conduct regular audits and reviews of HHC to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

• Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Accounts Receivables team

• Generate regular reports on quality and performance metrics.

• Develop and deliver training programs for the Accounts Receivables team based on identified quality issues.

• Work closely with the home health leadership team to establish quality goals and strategies.

Skills required:

• Strong communication and comprehension skills.

• Proficiency in analysing quality metrics and making data-driven decisions.

• In-depth knowledge of HHC specific regulations and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and quality management tools.
