Qualifications:

•  Finance Graduate

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes, including:

- Journal Entries.

- Reconciliations.

- Fixed Asset Management.

- Month-end and year-end closing activities.

 • Exposure to inventory accounting, intercompany transactions, and material pricing.

• Prior experience in environments handling large volumes of transactions, especially in:

- Shared Service Centers (SSC).

- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

- Manufacturing industries.

• Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP or S/4HANA (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and statutory compliance.

• Language Requirements:

- Mandarin proficiency is required to handle communication or reporting effectively.
