Description 

We are hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst – Japanese Speaker for our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office. We are looking for finance professionals with 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience and business-level Japanese language proficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in invoice processing, vendor payments, SAP/ERP systems, account reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent.

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA are an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Transactional Accounting.

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Experience with SAP or other ERP/Accounting systems.

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
