Key Responsibilities

• Manage workforce administration and employee data management activities.

• Process simple and medium-complex payroll transactions within the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality.

• Coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Support payroll processing while ensuring compliance with company policies and country regulations.

• Resolve employee data and payroll-related queries within defined SLAs.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee information.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in Workforce Administration (WFA) or Employee Data Management.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) payroll transactions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, or Kronos.

• Awareness of country-specific payroll and labor regulations.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (Graduation is mandatory).
