We are hiring Finance & Accounting Analysts with French language proficiency for Accounts Payable (AP) or Record to Report (RTR) roles. Candidates will be aligned to the most suitable process based on their skills and experience.

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (mandatory)
* Proficiency in French (Read, Write, and Speak) is mandatory
* 3–6 years of experience in either Accounts Payable (AP) or Record to Report (RTR)
* Experience working in a Shared Services or BPO environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work within defined SLAs and timelines

Accounts Payable (AP)

Preferred Skills

* End-to-end Accounts Payable process knowledge
* Invoice processing, 2-way/3-way matching, and invoice posting
* SAP Accounts Payable experience
* Understanding of AP controls, compliance, and audits

Key Responsibilities

* Process and post vendor invoices
* Resolve invoice exceptions, including pricing, quantity, tax, and duplicate invoices
* Perform vendor reconciliations and GR/IR account cleanup
* Support payment proposals and payment runs
* Handle vendor and employee payment-related queries
* Assist with month-end closing activities for Accounts Payable

Record to Report (RTR)

Preferred Skills

* Strong accounting and Record to Report knowledge
* Journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
* ERP experience (SAP FI preferred)
* Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS

Key Responsibilities

* Perform month-end and period-end closing activities
* Prepare and post journal entries
* Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations
* Investigate and resolve open items
* Prepare financial reports and variance analysis
* Support internal and external audits
