Job Title: Team Member – Collections (Dutch)

Location: Gurgaon

Work Setup: 100% Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Up to 6 LPA)

Job Description

We are hiring Dutch-speaking Collections Executives with experience in international B2B/B2C collections. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and have experience managing collections, payment follow-ups, and customer account queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding payments.

• Handle B2B/B2C collections through voice interactions.

• Maintain customer accounts and update payment records.

• Resolve payment-related queries from Accounts Payable teams.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Billing and Originations.

• Perform payment applications and invoice reconciliation.

• Handle disputes, credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO changes, and adjustments.

• Prepare basic Excel reports and manage daily operational activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in International Voice Collections (B2B/B2C).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Willing to work 100% from the Gurgaon office.

• Comfortable working 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Former and/or current TCS/Tata employees are not eligible.

• PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are required to create an employee profile.
