Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Workday and PeopleSoft experience

• Strong Workday configuration experience across Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management modules

• Expertise in Workday Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Reporting, EIB, and Security

• Experience managing Workday release cycles (R1/R2), UAT, and system enhancements

• Strong HR functional knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations

• Experience supporting global stakeholders and multi-country HR environments

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
