Job Summary

TCS is hiring German Language Processors / Associates to support HR Operations / Hire to Retire (HRO) activities in Bangalore.

Candidates from any domain or background can be considered, provided they have strong German language proficiency and meet the educational requirements. Prior HR Operations / HRO experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR Operations / Hire to Retire (HRO) activities.

• Handle HR-related communication and support activities in German and English.

• Coordinate with internal teams to complete HR operational tasks accurately and within timelines.

• Support process-related queries and documentation.

• Perform backend and operational activities while maintaining accuracy and quality.

• Use MS Office for reporting, documentation, and daily operational activities.

• Follow defined processes, SLAs, and quality standards.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Required Skills

• German Language proficiency – B2 / C1 / C2 mandatory.

• Strong German speaking and writing skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Office.

• Ability to manage operational tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work in flexible / 24/7 shifts.

Good to Have

• HR Operations experience.

• Hire to Retire (HRO) process knowledge.

• HR shared services / BPO experience.

• Experience in backend operations and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is compulsory.

• Minimum 15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3) required.

• Candidates from any domain or background can be considered.

• B2 German language certification is mandatory; C1 / C2 certification is also accepted.

• "German" must be clearly mentioned on the candidate's CV.

• Candidates must be comfortable working in 24/7 flexible shifts.
