Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and business intelligence activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FP&A, team management, stakeholder management, Oracle ERP/EPM tools, and financial analytics. This role involves leading a team, managing service delivery, and partnering with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

• Prepare financial models, MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.

• Manage and mentor the FP&A team while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance of the FP&A function.

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic financial recommendations.

• Drive resource planning, customer management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Utilize Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, and Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.

• Ensure timely delivery of financial reports and business insights.

• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial system enhancements.

• Present financial performance and business recommendations to senior leadership.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).

• CPA, CFA, or MBA is an added advantage.

• 7–10 years of relevant FP&A experience.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
