Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Treasury & Cash Management Lead to manage global treasury operations, liquidity, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury risk controls. The role involves leading a treasury team and leveraging Oracle ERP / Oracle Treasury to improve cash visibility, automation, and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global cash positions and liquidity across multiple currencies and business units.

• Develop and execute cash funding strategies, including credit facilities and debt management.

• Manage global cash pooling, target balancing, and netting mechanisms.

• Lead and mentor treasury analysts and specialists.

• Establish team KPIs and SLAs for treasury operations and service delivery.

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasting models.

• Perform Actual vs. Forecast variance analysis and prepare liquidity dashboards for senior leadership.

• Manage relationships with banking partners, including credit facilities and banking fees.

• Govern corporate bank account openings, closures, and signatory mandates.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC, AML, FBAR, and statutory requirements.

• Act as the functional owner for Oracle Cash Management and Oracle Treasury.

• Drive automation initiatives involving SWIFT, host-to-host banking, XML ISO 20022, BAI2, and MT940.

• Lead UAT for Oracle upgrades and financial technology integrations.

• Maintain SOX-compliant treasury controls and support internal/external audits.

• Oversee treasury month-end activities including interest accruals, FX revaluations, and debt accounting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 7+ years of corporate treasury/cash management experience, with 2–3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.

• Advanced hands-on experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Cash Management / Oracle Treasury is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of global payment systems such as SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, and SEPA.

• Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity management, multi-currency accounting, and banking operations.

• Knowledge of SOX controls, KYC, AML, and treasury risk management.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

• MBA, CTP, CA, CPA, or CMA is an added advantage.
