Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced F&A Manager to oversee multiple Finance & Accounting towers, including PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing and Treasury. The ideal candidate should have strong people leadership, stakeholder management, governance and process-improvement experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end F&A operations across multiple towers.

• Lead and mentor teams with 10+ years of team-handling experience.

• Oversee PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing and Treasury.

• Ensure smooth month-end and quarter-end close activities.

• Manage SLAs, KPIs, escalations and overall team performance.

• Lead stakeholder governance meetings across countries.

• Support statutory/internal audits, tax audits and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure SOX controls and financial compliance.

• Manage reconciliations, book closure, financial analysis and exceptions.

• Drive transformation and continuous process improvement.

• Manage client relationships, queries, ad-hoc reporting and escalations.

• Support KT/transition and BCP activities where required.

• Conduct training, mentoring, 1:1 discussions and team huddles.

• Work with external auditors, consultants and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12–20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Strong experience in managing large F&A teams.

• Excellent stakeholder and escalation management skills.

• Strong knowledge of F&A processes and process improvement.

• Experience with multiple ERP systems.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management and governance.

• Customer-service-oriented approach.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.

• CPA, CA or CWA qualification is desirable.

Education / Qualification

Graduate / Finance Professional with 12–20 years of relevant F&A experience.
CPA / CA / CWA desirable.
