We're looking for Finance professionals with strong RTR (Record to Report) expertise and French language skills to support global accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform month-end and period-end closing activities.

Prepare and post journal entries.

Handle accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments.

Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

Investigate and resolve open accounting items.

Support financial reporting and variance analysis.

Assist internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS accounting standards.

Maintain process documentation and SLA adherence.

Must-Have Skills

3–6 years of Record to Report (RTR) experience.

Strong accounting fundamentals.

Journal Entries.

Accruals & Provisions.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

Bank Reconciliations.

Financial Reporting.

SAP FI or equivalent ERP experience.

Knowledge of GAAP / IFRS.

Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Experience in Shared Services/BPO environment.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

Important Eligibility

Former or Current TCS/Tata employees are NOT eligible.

PAN Card & Date of Birth are mandatory for profile creation.

Graduation is compulsory.
