The Opportunity

Join a dynamic Supply Chain Planning & Scheduling team where you’ll manage supply-demand alignment, inventory planning and material availability while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and resolve ERP-generated supply and demand exceptions.

• Analyze supply, demand and inventory requirements.

• Raise material requirements for internal or external sourcing.

• Monitor overdue receipts and coordinate with Expeditors on PO status.

• Drive timely resolution of supply and material exceptions.

• Publish Supply/Demand balance reports and escalate critical issues.

• Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream SCM teams.

• Support inventory planning to minimize stock-outs and over-ordering.

• Maintain accurate reporting and ensure service-level targets are met.

Must Have

• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning/SCM.

• Hands-on experience in one or more of:

  • Supply Planning

  • Replenishment Planning

  • Materials Planning

  • Supply Chain Planning

  • Distribution Planning

  • Production/Work Order Planning

  • Inventory Management

• Functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM.

• Strong MS Excel skills.

• Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.

Good to Have

• Demand Planning and Forecasting experience.

• Oil & Gas industry exposure.

• Power BI experience.
