Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Project Manager to lead Company Financials Delivery for the Equity Capital Market team across global delivery centers. The role involves managing large-scale financial information services, leading global teams, driving client governance, ensuring SLA compliance, managing P&L, staffing, process improvement, and delivering high-quality financial reports with strong domain expertise in capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Company Financials delivery across global delivery centers.

• Manage Equity Capital Market and Financial Information Services operations.

• Lead teams of 100–200 members across multiple geographies.

• Drive client governance, reviews, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.

• Interpret and analyze financial statements and company financial reports.

• Manage client meetings and serve as the primary delivery SPOC.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.

• Lead staffing, training, and workforce planning.

• Manage P&L responsibilities for the assigned cluster.

• Identify new business opportunities, effort estimation, pricing, and validation.

• Mentor teams and drive performance management.

• Participate in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Capital Markets / Financial Information Services.

• Minimum 5 years managing large capital market assignments.
