Lead strategic Sourcing & Procurement operations for a global business environment, managing stakeholders, suppliers, governance, process improvements and business impact.

We’re looking for a procurement leader who can combine commercial thinking, stakeholder management and operational excellence to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Lead

• Manage end-to-end Sourcing & Procurement activities and delivery.

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and forecasts.

• Manage domestic and international suppliers/customers.

• Lead governance, controls, compliance and risk-mitigation initiatives.

• Drive process improvements and measurable business impact.

• Support category teams with spend analysis, purchase-order reviews and procurement activities.

• Track projects, action items, risks and delivery milestones.

• Prepare performance reports, insights and management updates.

• Lead issue resolution and manage competing stakeholder priorities.

• Build team capability and drive accountability across the function.

Must Have

• 8–12 years of Sourcing/Procurement experience.

• Managerial experience in Sourcing & Procurement.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.

• Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.

• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills.

• Experience driving process improvement and business impact.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong MS Office skills.

• Exposure to ERP platforms such as Oracle, Coupa, SAP or ServiceNow.

• Retail or Transportation & Logistics experience preferred.
