Educational Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory or

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – Mandatory

Experience

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in the Capital Markets or Financial Services domain.

• Strong expertise in Financial Statement Analysis, Equity/Fixed Income Markets, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Experience working with Capital Market operations, trade lifecycle, or investment research processes.

Required Skills

• CA or CFA qualification.

• Strong Capital Market domain knowledge.

• Advanced analytical capability in evaluating Financial Statements.

• Expertise in Ratio Analysis, Trend Analysis, and Comparative Financial Analysis.

• Strong understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Stock Market, and Capital Market operations.

• Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Capital or Stock Markets such as NISM, CMSA, or equivalent.

• Experience in driving process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to mentor teams and provide domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial statements to evaluate company performance and profitability.

• Perform ratio analysis, trend analysis, and comparative financial analysis to support business decisions.

• Guide teams on the complete trade lifecycle, including order initiation, execution, matching, settlement, confirmation, clearing, and reconciliation.

• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define functional requirements and review BRDs, functional specifications, and system design documents.

• Support change management initiatives, training programs, and team performance management through daily reviews and root cause analysis.

• Implement process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.

• Resolve complex business queries and support teams in achieving SLA and quality targets.

• Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality reports, and process documentation.

• Recommend and implement best practices related to Capital Markets and Financial Analysis.

• Simplify complex business problems and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
