Mandatory Requirement:

• Relevant Google Product Operations experience

• Strong operations management experience

• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and managing teams

• Ability to monitor KPIs and analyze performance data

• Expertise in performance governance, compliance, and SLA management

• Workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to KPIs, compliance standards, and operational goals

• Lead, mentor, and coach teams to achieve business objectives

• Monitor team and individual performance and implement improvement plans

• Conduct daily team meetings and ensure effective communication

• Plan staffing requirements and optimize resource allocation

• Oversee day-to-day operational workflows and resolve operational issues

• Analyze performance trends and implement continuous process improvements

• Escalate critical risks and operational issues to the Account Manager

• Support employee development through training, mentoring, and career growth initiatives

Eligibility:

• 5–10 years of Operations Management experience

• Mandatory experience supporting Google Products/Operations

• Willing to work from the office in 24/7 rotational shifts

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
