Hiring: Procurement Operations – Italian Resource | TCS

Location: New Delhi

Band: BPO 2/3
Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Italian language support for procurement operations.

• Read, understand, and communicate business/process-related information in Italian.

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.

• Perform due diligence and validation checks.

• Support Purchase Order (PO) creation.

• Ensure SLA, quality, and productivity targets are met.

• Handle stakeholder and customer queries.

• Follow up on open procurement requests for timely closure.

• Perform peer quality checks and support process improvement initiatives.

• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Adhere to SOPs and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

• Italian language proficiency (Mandatory) – Reading, writing, and communication.

• Basic understanding of Procurement Operations & Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in PR/SC processing and PO creation.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Willingness to work rotational night shifts:

  • 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM

  • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Eligibility:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
