Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – BPO

We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing BPO. You will drive sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, salary discussion, and onboarding, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and align expectations

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, and Boolean searches

• Engage both active and passive candidates to build a qualified talent pool

• Screen and evaluate candidates using ATS and recruitment tools

• Schedule interviews, manage offers, and assist with onboarding

• Track and report recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and diversity

• Maintain high client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in BPO or tech-driven organizations

• Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates

• Strong experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and ATS

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Data-driven with experience analyzing recruitment metrics

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Zoho, ServiceNow, Excel, Power BI

• Experience with HCM modules and reporting dashboards
