 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates until closure
• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Minimum 6 months of HR Internship experience (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of IT & Non-IT roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Immediate joiners preferred
