• Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance

• CA / CPA (Highly Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a BPS team of 80–100+ members

• Ensure effective stakeholder management and align with business expectations

• Review business requirements and drive user satisfaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for client executive management

• Drive transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements

• Contribute to project growth and revenue generation

• Ensure high employee engagement and retention

• Handle conflict resolution and manage team performance

• Prioritize multiple deadlines and ensure timely delivery

• Work across FP&A and RTR, with working knowledge of PTP and OTC

• Analyze complex financial reports and ensure accuracy

• Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and guidelines

• Manage transitions and stabilize operations

• Maintain team morale and efficiency

• Resolve strategic and operational issues
