Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Senior Process Associate / SME – FP&A to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, variance reporting, and strategic business support. The role requires expertise in Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, and advanced financial modeling to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Perform financial and variance analysis to identify business trends.

• Develop financial models and business performance reports.

• Translate financial data into actionable business insights.

• Partner with business stakeholders on strategic financial decisions.

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Work with Oracle ERP and Hyperion planning tools.

• Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

• Ensure data accuracy and financial reporting compliance.

• Support process improvements and continuous optimization initiatives.
