Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced RTR GL Manager to lead Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger (GL) operations. The role involves managing end-to-end R2R processes, handling client escalations, leading teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.

• Oversee General Ledger (GL) accounting activities.

• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR)-related activities.

• Track budget expenses and maintain financial accuracy.

• Build and maintain healthy vendor relationships.

• Ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.

• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor finance operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.

• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

• General Ledger (GL) expertise.

• Experience managing client escalations.

• ERP experience (Oracle preferred).

• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
