We’re hiring an RTR SME (Record to Report Subject Matter Expert) with strong experience in journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and SAP or JD Edwards ERP systems. What You’ll Do

* Manage Record to Report (RTR) activities including journal preparation and posting, month-end close, financial reporting, fixed asset and lease accounting
* Perform cash and balance sheet reconciliations and drive resolution of open items
* Support reporting, compliance, dashboards, and stakeholder communication
* Conduct quality checks, mentor associates, and support new team members
* Identify internal control gaps, process improvements, and automation opportunities
* Work with SAP or JD Edwards (JDE) and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis
* Ensure SLA adherence, accuracy, and timely delivery of finance operations

What We’re Looking For

* 5-8 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR)
* At least 3 years of experience as an SME in RTR or a similar finance process
* Strong expertise in month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, fixed assets, and lease accounting
* Hands-on experience with SAP or JD Edwards (JDE)
* Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Ageing, etc.)
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Lean Six Sigma certification or formal training is preferred (Black Belt is an advantage)

Education

* B.Com, M.Com, CA, or equivalent qualification in Finance & Accounting

Important Notes

* 5 days work from office is mandatory, including one weekend during month-end close
* PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
