Job Title : DERM Lead

Job Summary

The DERM Lead will be responsible for driving a data-driven culture, delivery excellence, quality management, and continuous improvement across associated client accounts. The role involves leading and mentoring Process Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, driving business process improvements, deploying Quality Management Systems including ISO and CMMI practices, and delivering measurable business value and productivity improvements. The candidate will also drive innovation, automation, digital transformation initiatives, and proactive risk management while engaging effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong experience in FAO processes, Lean Six Sigma, business problem-solving, and transformation, along with excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thought leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmaps for associated client accounts.

• Lead and mentor Process Improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Deliver targeted business value and productivity improvements through process transformation.

• Build and develop competencies in Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma, and digital transformation techniques.

• Drive innovation and automation projects.

• Develop and deliver award-winning case studies for internal and external forums.

• Drive an effective No Surprise framework to proactively identify and mitigate process risks.

• Facilitate the deployment of Quality Management Systems, including ISO and CMMI practices.

• Drive business process improvements leveraging Lean Six Sigma.

• Promote a data-driven culture across operations through quality tools and methodologies.

• Support delivery excellence initiatives to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

• Engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure Delivery Excellence initiatives are successfully deployed and recognized.

• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and digital transformation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across FAO processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 9–15 years of overall experience as per the role requirement.

• 10+ years of work experience with proven expertise in business problem-solving and delivering significant business value.

• Exposure to the Service industry is mandatory.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional for FAO processes.

• Practical experience in applying Lean Six Sigma techniques.

• Experience in automation and process transformation.

• Experience in deploying Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence is an advantage.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is mandatory.

• Educational background in M.Com, MBA in Finance, CA/ICWA, or Engineering with proven Black Belt or transformation expertise in FAO processes.

• Strong experience in client and stakeholder engagement.
