Team Member – Spanish (BPO Collections)

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1–3 Years
CTC: ₹6–7 LPA
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for payment collection on overdue invoices (B2B/B2C Collections).

• Handle payment-related queries from the Accounts Payable team.

• Perform account maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with Billing, Originations, and other internal teams.

• Process payment applications.

• Handle disputes and ensure timely resolution.

• Perform invoice reconciliation, including:

  • Credit Re-bills

  • Invoice Splitting

  • PO Changes

  • Adjustments as per process scope

• Prepare basic Excel reports and analyze assigned inventory.

• Complete daily operational tasks as per process requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.

• 1–3 years of International Voice experience in B2B/B2C Collections.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.

• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• 100% Work From Office (Gurgaon).

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.

• PAN Card and Date of Birth are mandatory for profile creation.
