Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)

• B.Com, M.Com, CA (Preferred) or Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting

• ERP certification or strong working knowledge of SAP/JD Edwards is preferred

Must-Have Skills:

• 5–8 years of Record to Report (RTR) experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an RTR Subject Matter Expert (SME)

• Strong knowledge of Journal Entries, Month-End Close, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting

• Hands-on experience with SAP or JD Edwards (JDE)

• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF, COUNTIFS, etc.)

• Lean Six Sigma certified or trained (Black Belt preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform complex RTR activities including Journal Entries, Month-End Close, Reporting, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

• Review work, ensure quality, prepare reports and dashboards, and coordinate with stakeholders.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Mentor team members and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal controls.

Preferred Profile:

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under strict timelines and month-end pressure.

• Willing to work from the office 5 days a week, including one weekend during Month-End Close.
